In this x-session, I will teach rates, usage, and negotiation from an in-depth perspective, going into details and really drilling down so actors learn the "why", not just "how" to quote. I'll ask each participant to bring an example of a difficult rate situation or negotiation they had and we'll review how they could have handled it or quoted it for success, incorporating the principles I teach. I will also help build a basic rate card for each participant that aligns with their business. This will all be open discussion, engaging each participant, asking them questions, and testing knowledge as we go. We'll also have an open discussion about rates in general, where they are headed, how AI is impacting the landscape, and how they can prepare to meet the needs of the growing and changing voiceover industry.
